Returns/Exchanges

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@luxuryinferno.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

 

Endless Summer Products:

Warranty: 1 year limited Warranty on product. Rust is NOT covered
Returns: There will be a 10% restock fee & customer is responsible for return shipping on "Customer Remorse" returns.

 

Fire Pit Art Products:

All Fire Pit Art® creations are made to order.  After placing your order we start creating your pieces.  All fire pits are shipped LTL departing from Lebanon, TN.  Your piece will be delivered LTL residential-curbside delivery. The dispatcher from the freight company will call to schedule your residential curb-side delivery offering a 4 hour delivery window typically.  The LTL driver will lower the pallet to the ground and you will take possession at that time. Have available a wire cutter to cut the two steel bands securing the fire pit to the pallet.  The typical weight of our fire pits are 110-195 lbs. Normally, two healthy individuals can manipulate the fire pit into place after removal from the pallet.

Returns: 
If you need to return an item, please CONTACT Luxury Inferno (sales@luxuryinferno.com) with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Fire Pit Warranty: 

All fire pit components are warranted for a period of 10 years after date of purchase by the original owner.

Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging. 

Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered.  The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase. 

Artisan Spark Guard Warranty: 
Fire Pit Art® Artisan Spark Guards are handcrafted to fit Fire Pit Art® and no returns are accepted if they are purchased to fit any other product except Fire Pit Art.  All though we use very heavy mesh screen it is susceptible to the high direct heat of the fire pit.  Longevity is determined by the frequency and intensity of the fires and will be different for every user. 
Although it may rust the fire screen material is guaranteed for sixty days against failure, the frame work is guaranteed for ten years with proof of purchase and would be shipped back prepaid to Fire Pit Art.

Although we do not get returns, please feel free to call or email at any time if you should have questions before or after your purchase. It is our belief that our fire pits will be passed along for generations and decades to come. Enjoy!

Exchange: If a customer wishes to exchange a made to order product, there will be a 25% restock fee, customer is responsible for return shipping & shipping of the new item. 

 

 

Amantii & Remii Products:

 Product Warranty: 
Our warranty period is 2 years on parts only, labor is not included. Our policy is strictly enforced. A copy for review can be provided. 
Returns: 
Luxury Inferno is not under any obligation to accept or provide free prepaid returns for purchases deemed buyer’s remorse. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to coordinate any returns.

 

Grand Canyon Outdoor Products:

 Warranty:

In the event of a problem occurring due to a manufacturing defect within twenty-four months (24) from the date of purchase, parts will be supplied at no cost to the customer. Replacement of these parts and any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Phone support and detailed instructions will be provided by GCGL technical service department.

Defects must be brought to the attention of GCGL Technical Service Department. All warranty claims MUST have proof of purchase, model number, serial number, pictures and a clear description of the problem before warranty claim can be processed. No action can be completed by GCGL technical department unless all relevant information is provided.

Any replacement parts and service work must be done by a qualified professional.

Returns: 
  • -  Shipped in error from GCGL – 100% Credit eligible

  • -  Freight Damage (visible damage and refused) – 100% Replacement

  • -  Concealed Damage. PLEASE NOTE: Concealed damage claims will only be honored if the

    GCGL carrier is used, damage occurs between GCGL and the end customer and is reported within 5 days of receipt of product. If concealed damage is claimed within 5 days of receipt, 100% Replacement will be sent out after initial product is returned. After 5 days GCGL reserves the right to add restocking fees. Please have customers inspect units right away.

  • -  Buyer’s Remorse. PLEASE NOTE: If buyer wants to return the product at their discretion there will be at least a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for freight cost to and from the shipping address. This credit will only be issued after product is returned in perfect condition back to GCGL.
